During the monsoon in November, one of the skylights in our kitchen was leaking quite badly. How long does a typical project take?
Upon inspection of your roof and acceptance of the estimate, we will provide a timeline during which you could expect work to begin on your home. This may vary depending on anticipated weather patterns and the current condition of your roof. We will take every precaution to ensure minimal disruption and protection to your roof while work is being completed. Once work has begun, most roofing projects are completed within 1-5 days.

Can clogged gutters damage my roof or home?
When gutters get clogged with leaves, pine needles or other debris, rainwater has nowhere to go — so it backs up under your shingles and could eventually seep into the roof deck, fascia and walls. How do I know if my gutters need replacement instead of just cleaning?
Sometimes a good cleaning is all your gutters need. During our inspection, we will check for things like cracks, rust, signs of leakage or sagging sections and let you know honestly whether a simple repair or full replacement is the best long-term fix.
